Kindness week -Day 3

Hey ya’ll I’m back again, by now you probably don’t miss me -unless you do :). Anyways, today ill be giving you another kindness challenge!

Today’s challenge…

Focus: being kind to ourselves

Its so important to be kind to ourselves, so today we’ll be doing something we can enjoy. On your phone, make a playlist of at least 10 songs that spark joy or make you feel good about yourself. If you can’t make a playlist you can always write down a list. Just listen to these songs whenever you need a pick-me-up, or you just need something to dance to.

As a bonus, on any of your devices, set a weekly reminder with our favorite affirmation or inspirational quote. You could even plan a few to pop-up at random times to make you smile.

And we were also encouraged to wear neon but I’m not sure how it goes with the theme of celebrating yourself, so don’t ask me. Well, i hope you have fun while you complete that challenge, and if you haven’t, check out the other 2 days and complete those challenges to give kindness to other. I hope you are kind to yourself today and I hope you continue to spread kindness.
